Every Thursday, Ernesto leads our Breakfast Club—and before Hayward wakes up, the crew is already on the mats learning technique, putting in hard rounds, and getting better together.

The alarm rings early, but the work is always worth it. ☀️🔥

Jiu-Jitsu brought us together, but the good times don’t stop when class ends. No gis, no rounds—just us hanging out, laughing, and enjoying life.

Coming back from a bicep tear wasn’t easy, but Jaime stayed consistent—training in the morning, coming back for night classes, putting in work during kickboxing, and helping with the kids class.
