NO STRONGMAN SATURDAY with The Strongman Club - Beast of the Bay Strength this weekend Saturday March 16th.

There is a competition at this Saturday.

We will still meet the following Saturdays this month the 23rd and 30th.

The we have our TSC Finale Spirit Day on Saturday April 6th to conclude our work with Strongman Saturday’s and celebrate each other in the journey. This day will be a free training day for all members, family and friends. Just bring something to contribute to the potluck and invite your loved ones to come celebrate and lift heavy one final time with us.

Our final Strongman Saturday celebration will be Saturday April 6th.

Looks like it’ll be raining again tomorrow. We’ll assess when we get to training tomorrow to determine if we’ll be setting up inside or outside.

We’re BACK this Saturday. 10-11:30am at . Coach and NorCal Mas Wrestling will join us. The mas board will be out and coaching provided as part of Strongman Saturday. No experience required! Ofc all the usual equipment will be available as well.
