Recreation and Wellness Services at Cal State East Bay provides ample opportunities for students, staff, and affiliates to participate in a wide range of recreational activities. The two-story fitness center features a large selection of both free weights and cardiovascular machines. The building hosts two basketball/volleyball courts and an indoor track.
