We help normal, everyday people lose weight, get stronger and feel better. DM us to Book your Free Intro Workout. Where we specialize in "Not Specializing".

CrossFit Fairway Park is a community based, strength and conditioning program. We combine gymnastic elements with weightlifting and cardio elements to make one very inclusive program. We want to be good inside the gym, to help us outside the gym. The biggest most fantastic aspect of our gym is the people. Without our strong community we would not be succeeding as we are.

From dropping in once a week to becoming part of the family. ❤️💪

Coach John’s friends, Czar and Paula, have been stopping by the gym for months, usually just once a week. In the beginning, they were nervous about committing to CrossFit and honestly a little intimidated by the idea of starting.

But Coach John took his time with them, slowly introducing them to the CrossFit methodology and helping them build confidence without pushing them too far too soon.

Now they’re officially members, coming three days a week, getting stronger, and fitting right into the community like they’ve been here all along.

I know there are a lot of people out there who are nervous about walking through our doors for the first time. Please don’t be.

You don’t need to be in shape before you start. You don’t need to know how to do all the movements. And you certainly don’t need to keep up with the most experienced people in the room.

That’s the beauty of CrossFit. Everyone can work out together, while each person does the version that’s appropriate for them.

Sometimes the hardest part is simply walking through the door for the first time.

Czar and Paula did it…and look at them now. ❤️

Faith & Fitness Tuesday 🙏💪

We train our bodies to become stronger, but we also have to remember where our true strength comes from.

Every Tuesday night, we get together, sweat together, encourage one another, and take a little time to strengthen our faith along the way.

You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to show up, keep moving forward, and trust God through the process.

Stronger body. Stronger faith. Stronger together. ❤️

Semi private personal training is a great option for families! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💪

Everyone gets to work out together while still performing movements and exercises that match their individual abilities. No two people have to do the exact same workout for everyone to benefit.

If you have family members you’d love to see become more active, start by bringing them with you for a private training session. We can control every part of the workout, meet them where they are, and make sure they don’t do too much too soon and end up hating exercise.

The goal is simple…. learn to move, get stronger, and have fun doing it together. ❤️

DM us if you’d like to bring your family in and give it a try!

Different sports. Different ages. Boys and girls. One strong foundation. 💪

Our Youth Strength class isn’t about specializing in one sport. We focus on building foundational strength, coordination, balance, and athletic movement that can carry over to any sport.

Baseball, basketball, soccer, or whatever comes next…stronger movement starts here.

There’s something special about a packed class. ❤️

The energy is higher, the laughter is louder, and the camaraderie is something you can’t create on your own.

Seeing all of you show up, work hard, and push one another forward brings so much joy to my heart. This is the community I always hoped to build.

A gym full of good people makes all the hard work worth it. 💪❤️

🕊️ Sunday Message
Bible Verse: Genesis 17:5

“No longer will you be called Abram; your name will be Abraham, for I have made you a father of many nations.”

Tonight’s message comes from the story of Abram, who later became Abraham.

Abram had already been following God, but God had made him an incredible promise. He told Abram that he would become the father of many nations.

The difficult part was that Abram and his wife Sarah were already very old and had no children.

From Abram’s perspective, the promise seemed impossible.

But God saw something Abram could not yet see.

Then God changed his name.

Abram became Abraham.

God gave him a new name connected to the person and purpose God had promised for him.

I think there is a powerful lesson here for all of us.

Sometimes we only see who we are right now.

Maybe we see our weaknesses.

Maybe we see our failures.

Maybe we see where we’re out of shape, where we’re struggling, or where we still need to improve.

But God sees more than who we are today.

He sees who we can become.

In fitness, we often walk into the gym as one person and, through time and consistency, become someone stronger.

You might not be able to lift that weight today.

You might not be able to run that distance today.

You might not be where you want to be today.

But that doesn’t mean your story is finished.

Abraham had to trust God before he saw the promise fulfilled.

Sometimes we also have to trust the process before we see the results.

So tonight, don’t let your current situation define your future.

Keep showing up.

Keep doing the work.

Keep trusting God.

And remember… you are not limited to who you are today. God may be preparing you for who you are becoming.

Some people help you when it is convenient. And then there are the people who become part of the foundation.

I want to take a moment to thank Coach John for everything he does here at CrossFit Fairway Park.

Running a gym is a strange kind of work. The lights come on before most people are awake, the doors need to be opened, the music needs to play, and somewhere in the middle of it all, people arrive carrying the weight of their day and trusting us to help make them stronger.

And on the days when I cannot be here, Coach John is there.

He opens the gym. He coaches the classes. He welcomes new faces. He puts together events and celebrations. He gives people a place to come when they need the gym most.

Over the years, CrossFit Fairway Park has become more than four walls and a room full of equipment. It has become a community, and communities are not built by one person alone.

They are built by people willing to show up.

Coach John has shown up again and again.

He has gone above and beyond for this gym, our members, and for me personally. The time he gives allows me to step away when my body needs rest, spend time with my family, take my son camping, and still know that the people inside these walls are being taken care of.

That kind of loyalty is not something I take lightly.

So thank you, Coach John. For opening the doors. For carrying the load. For caring about these people as much as you do.

This gym is better because you’re here. ❤️💪

The kids who learn to love fitness early are the ones who have a better chance of carrying those healthy habits into adulthood. 💪

That’s why we believe teaching kids how to move, exercise, and enjoy being active is so important. The goal isn’t just to help them become better athletes today…it’s to give them habits they can carry with them for the rest of their lives.

Strong kids. Healthy habits. A stronger future. ❤️

Tomorrow, Friday, August 28 we are canceling the 5 AM and 6 AM classes. All other classes will be open.

Lifting heavy is part of getting stronger. 💪

At CrossFit Fairway Park, we don’t just lift heavy for the sake of it. We build up over time, practice good technique, and progressively add weight as our strength improves.

That’s how strength is built…one rep, one workout, and one pound at a time.

Watching our members deadlift heavy is a reminder of how far consistent training can take you. Keep showing up and keep getting stronger! 🔥
