Pastor Josue Santiago killed his workout this morning!
He challenged himself to make adjustments during his workout so that he could have a PRODUCTIVE exercise session, rather than a busy one!

He has overcame the barrier of allowing his feelings of being imbalanced intra-exercise from preventing him from completing a full range of motion during a movement!🦾

CLIENT TRANSFORMATION!
Hillary has been a private training client of mine for several months. She is a busy woman with vast amount of responsibilities (taking care of her two daughters, working TWO jobs), but still has found time to meal prep, exercise frequently, and manage external stressors to indirectly/directly influence fat burning!
SO proud of you Hillary! You look great and can’t wait to continue working with you!

“TRANSFORMATION THURSDAY”! 👏
Jen is SUBSTANTIALLY more confident in herself after she achieved a leaner body composition (pic on right) compared to when she initially started exercising at Barron’s Bootcamps (pic on left)!
After working with a personal trainer at Barron’s Bootcamps, she understands that positively changing her body image (how she perceives herself to look) will transition over to her being a more EFFECTIVE mom, which is her primary autonomous motive to change!
