I know a lot of you are without a gym right now.

An old client just got me into the idea of training online.

If you have equipment at home great. If you dont, I can work either way.

It will be live through Skype or facebook messeger.

If anybody is interested I am fully capable and already have everything ready to go.

This is a healthy distraction and can only help during this time of isolation

If your son or daughter are along the Autistic spectrum.

Bring them in for a free session
