Meet Madison Cheal ๐Ÿ‘‹

Madison has spent more than 10 years teaching people how to move, and you will notice that experience right away.

Her background is in dance, and what really stands out is the way she sees movement. She notices the little things. Posture, control, alignment, confidence, and how each rep actually feels in the body.

She earned her BFA in Modern Dance from the University of Utah, where she studied kinesiology, movement mechanics, and dance education. She has also performed professionally with Disney Cruise Line and danced with Junction Dance Co. in Salt Lake City.

Now sheโ€™s bringing that same discipline, care, and attention to detail into personal training.

Madison is passionate about helping people feel strong, capable, and confident in their own bodies. Whether youโ€™re brand new to training or working on building better movement, she brings a thoughtful, encouraging approach to every session.

Ozyโ€™s Trainer Tip ๐Ÿ‘Š

A lot of athletes are so focused on moving the weight up that they forget where real strength is built:

๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ข๐ญ ๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฐ๐š๐ฒ ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐ง.
That lowering phase is huge for building strength, stability, body control, and injury resistance.

So donโ€™t rush it.

No bouncing.
No dropping the weight.
No sloppy reps just to say you finished.

Aim for 2 to 4 seconds on the way down and stay tight the whole time.

If you canโ€™t control it, itโ€™s too heavy.

Train with intent. Build strength that actually transfers.

One donut might cost you a few miles, a pile of burpees, or a whole lot of jump ropeโ€ฆ but honestly?

Lifeโ€™s about balance.

Eat the donut.
Enjoy the donut.
Then come train like you mean it.
