Two very exciting things coming up! This Friday we will be doing a fundraiser collecting donations to buy school supplies for a school in Uganda. will be going for 4 months to Uganda and needs help providing for these kids. All the money from your punches and your donations will go to support the school in Uganda.

Next we have a day a mourning that we are turning into a party. May 17th .jodee and will be teaching their last class! So please come and send them out on a High! It will be outdoors so there will be plenty of space! Hope to see you there!

It seems as though the human inside me is itching to come out a little sooner than anyone wants it too. Unfortunately, in order to keep it inside for the next couple weeks I’m going to have to stop teaching my Thursday 6 am barre class. These people were amazing tonight! So many new faces! It was not an easy one tonight! (But let’s be honest, when is it ever easy) I love love love my Tuesday night class! Now here’s to hoping that preworkout wears off before the sun comes up!
