We're looking for energetic, dependable, and caring individuals to join our coaching team! Whether you have years of coaching experience or simply love working with kids, we'd love to meet you. We have four amazing, growing locations that are looking to hire this fall - Bountiful (MWGA), Park City (BDG), Heber City (BDG), and South Jordan (BDG)!

We have coaching opportunities for a wide range of ages and experience levels!
⭐️Junior Coach Program (Ages 14+) - Looking for your first job? Our Junior Coach Program provides hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow into a leadership role.
⭐️Part-Time Coaches - Perfect for high school and college students looking for a fun, rewarding job with flexible scheduling.
⭐️Parents & Adults - Whether you're looking for a few hours each week, a second job, or a career working with children, we'd love to talk with you.
⭐️Experienced Coaches & Teachers - Bring your background in coaching, education, dance, cheer, theater, or youth programs- we'll help you transition into our coaching system.

What You'll Do
✔️Coach gymnastics, ninja, preschool, or trampoline & tumbling classes for a variety of ages and skill levels.
✔️Teach fundamental skills while building confidence and encouraging personal growth.
✔️Create a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels successful.
✔️Motivate athletes to work hard, support one another, and celebrate progress.
✔️Collaborate with fellow coaches and leadership to provide an exceptional experience for every family.

This fall, two Park City High School seniors, Parker Bogan and our very own Coach Kendall Bankson, joined us through the PC CAPS program (a super cool “learn by doing” class where students work with real businesses… like us!). Instead of reading about marketing from a textbook, they jumped right into the deep end and created a community-wide survey to learn what local families want most from youth sports, movement, and recreation programs.

By taking their quick survey, you’re helping these students learn in the real world and helping local businesses and organizations dream up future programs, schedules, and opportunities that best support kids in our community.

What do you wish existed? Whether your child does gymnastics, soccer, skiing, dance, ninja, mountain biking, or anything in between—your voice helps paint the picture. This survey is designed to help ALL youth-serving organizations understand what families need most:
-easier scheduling
-new types of classes
-more competitive options
-fresh ideas for getting kids moving
-or something no one’s dreamed up yet!
