Just a quick update, if I havent responded to you I am working on it.

My mom fell a few nights ago resulting in a broken femur. She has went through surgery, PT has seen her, she is feeling good and on the mend. We have had a lot going on the past few days.

I truly believe this guy could easily ride through the levels and would be one of the easiest amateur friendly restarts you could ask for.
