IT'S HERE. Youth Muay Thai Kickboxing officially starts TODAY at Elite MMA™ Memorial.

Our new Youth Muay Thai program in Houston is now open for students ages 7+ who are ready to build confidence, discipline, coordination, fitness, focus, and real martial arts skills in a structured training environment.

Students will learn core Muay Thai fundamentals including punches, kicks, footwork, defensive movement, combinations, and pad work while developing the habits that support growth on and off the mats.

If your family has been looking for kids Muay Thai in Houston, youth kickboxing, or a martial arts program for kids that emphasizes skill, confidence, respect, and personal development, this is the day to get started.

Our Youth Muay Thai program in Houston introduces students to structured Muay Thai training through footwork, punches, kicks, defensive techniques, combinations, and pad work—all within the safe, supportive, and disciplined environment of Elite MMA™.

If you’ve been looking for Muay Thai for kids in Houston, our Youth Muay Thai program gives students a place to train with purpose, build confidence, improve coordination, and develop discipline through structured martial arts training.

Students will work on Muay Thai fundamentals including punches, kicks, footwork, defense, combinations, and pad work in an environment built around safety, respect, growth, and world-class instruction.

🥊 NEW MIDDAY CLASS TIMES AT ELITE MMA MEMORIAL! 🔥

We’ve added additional training times, starting September 1st, for adults at our Elite MMA Memorial location. This will give our students even more opportunities to sharpen their skills, improve conditioning, and get quality training into their week.

🥊 Intermediate to Advanced Muay Thai Kickboxing
📅 Monday: 12:45–1:15 PM
📅 Wednesday: 12:45–1:15 PM
📅 Friday: 1:00–1:30 PM

These additional sessions are designed for intermediate and advanced adult Muay Thai students looking for more time to work on striking, technique, combinations, movement, and overall kickboxing development.

🥋 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Endurance for Adults
📅 Tuesday: 12:45–1:15 PM
📅 Thursday: 12:45–1:15 PM

Our BJJ Endurance classes provide additional mat time focused on building the conditioning, pace, and stamina that can make a major difference during Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training.
