The White County Friends of the Libraries is honored to host Patricia Kristi Howell RH, author of Medicinal Plants of the Southern Appalachians at our Annual Membership Meeting on Saturday October 3rd at 10:00 AM at the Sautee Presbyterian Church.All renewing and new members welcome. In the last few months she has spoken at Foxfire and the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. In August she will be the keynote speaker at the American Herbalist Guild Symposium. She has been practicing and teaching for over 30 years. Her book will be available for purchase. Space is limited. To register 🎉 White County Friends of the Public Libraries will hold its annual membership meeting at Nacoochee Presbyterian Church, Saturday Oct. 3 at 10 a.m. Patricia Howell, author of Medicinal Plants of the Southern Appalachians, will speak about her book, followed by a book signing and raffle for gift baskets from Mountainside Farmacy & Appalachian Roots.
