Time to get fit and healthy with a little focus and common sense! It's all about good nutrition and fitting fitness into our busy schedules. I've tried many!
This page is about finding the inspiration to be healthy. I don't believe in diets. If they work they are hard, unnatural, not healthy for your body, and usually don't last. It took me many years to realize that the combination of common sense, clean eating, everything in moderation, and daily exercise is the winning combination for long term well-being.

Merry Christmas to me, look what I found on my porch this morning! Somehow, even though I know Iβll feel like crud I STILL eat too much junk and drink too much wine between October and December. I am so looking forward to some amazing nutrition in January and focusing on gut health along with a brand new ShaunT workout program! π€
I am so thankful for all those who partnered with me on their health journeys in 2023 and Iβm excited about new opportunities in 2024. I guarantee that ShaunT will arm me with fun new ideas to add to the workouts Iβll build for others next year. π
Quick survival tips for today:
1. Drink water.
2. Drink a little more water.
3. Then, drink more water.
