We are an active and eclectic martial arts school. We strive to live up to the name, Full-Gamut defense arts. What do we mean by Full-Gamut?

Any activity, skill or discipline that contributes to the defense of life and liberty, protection of family and friends; and the pursuit of the freedoms, handed down to us from our forefathers, are fair game here. On our Youtube channel, we will be posting videos on Kamishin-ryu Karate, Hunyuan Taiji, as well as other self-defense skills, such as pistol and rifle skills and drills, run and gun, defensive scenarios. And yes, we will be posting videos on survival skills and prepping as those are part of Full-Gamut defense.

This is the seventh kata in the Kamishin-ryu system as taught to me by Shihan-dai Karl Quigg. It is the first Green belt kata. As I've said before the belt order in Kamishin-ryu is as follows: White, Yellow, Orange, Purple, Green Brown Black.

This is the Hunyuan 48 straight sword form as taught to me by my instructor, Sifu Herb Parran of St. Louis , MO. This is a simplified version from what you will find on the VCD produced by Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang.
