Fairway Focus is a boutique fitness studio that aims to provide personalized and exceptional services to not only golfers, but to everyone. Our fitness program is designed to be accessible for all fitness levels and all body types.

* Our golf conditioning class is designed to improve hip mobility, shoulder stability, and rotational flexibility.

* Mat Pilates and Yoga may be difficult if you have limited mobility, an injury, or just don't want to be down on the ground, we also offer Chair Yoga.

* Our 1:1 fitness support utilizes all equipment in the studio, including a Pilates Reformer, which is an amazing piece of equipment for any fitness goals.

Fairway Focus fitness also offers Chair Yoga and Core Flow. Yoga of any kind, works to connect breath to body. Whether you are looking to improve your golf game, feel more balanced when hiking or fishing, want to sleep better and feel less stiff throughout the day, or just need a place to rest your anxious mind, we have two offerings that can help! See descriptions below!

Mondays/Fridays 11a (Chair Yoga) and 12p (Core Flow)
1st/3rd Saturdays 10a (Core Flow) and 11a (Chair Yoga)

Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a great option for those with limited mobility, difficulty getting up and down from the ground, or want to try something new and fun!

Core Flow
This class is a yoga flow class that is focused on core strength. We will go from one pose to another in a meaningful sequence that promotes flow and connection with the breath at an intermediate pace. Excellent for combatting stress, overwhelm, anxiety, and overthinking. ALL bodies and levels are welcome!

These classes are an opportunity to explore the different equipment available at Fairway Focus and is strongly encouraged to anyone curious!

MAT PILATES GROUP CLASS
This Pilates class will incorporate mat work, equipment such as exercise ball, bands, and weights. This class is effective for targeted core building, strengthening, and spinal health. Pilates is excellent for promoting balance and working from the core for athletes, hikers, hunters, horseback riding and overall health.

This class is an opportunity to explore the different equipment available at Fairway Focus and is strongly encouraged to anyone curious!

REFORMER INDIVIDUAL
1:1 Reformer session incorporating any and all equipment in the studio to target specific goals. Intro to Fairway Fitness required (3 sessions for $100)
