This Saturday is Parent's Night Out! Bring your kids to play and enjoy a pizza dinner, 5-9 p.m. The evening is great fun and includes open gym play, staff led games and activities plus pizza and dessert.

Calling all the "smallies"...

iCheer Tiny is here for our pre-K kiddos to learn like the big kids! This 45-minute class is led by Coach Laura and will include pee-wee stunts, tumbling basics, motions and jumps eventually combined in a cute routine to showcase at community events.

Did you know our popular Two Can Tumble and Gym Tykes classes are offered most mornings?

Classes run for 30 or 45 min. and are led by Coach Laura, HAC director. She brings an extensive background and experience with all levels and ages but especially LOVES the littles! Each class includes 15 minutes on bars, beam, and tumble-trampoline with an emphasis on developmentally appropriate gross-motor skills and introduction to basic gymnastic skills.

Welcome back, iCheer classes! Our rec. cheer program is back and we are thrilled to offer 3 rec. cheerleading teams: iCheer Tiny (3-5 yrs.), Youth (6-10) and Junior (11 and up). These teams will kick off next month, learn all the basics of cheerleading, and practice a routine choreographed to their age and skill level to showcase at community events.

We are gearing up for our 16th season of Small Fry Cheerleading and we still have a few openings!

Small Fry is a fun, 9-week sideline cheer season open to girls entering grades 3–8. Cheerleaders will practice cheers, dance, stunts, and more at HAC, then take those skills to the sidelines to cheer for Small Fry Football games throughout the season.

The season wraps up with halftime performances at the Small Fry Championship games in mid-October!

Small Fry Cheer is a great introduction for athletes who are new to cheerleading, as well as a fun addition for those already participating in recreational or All-Star cheer.

Think you'd be a great fit for Mustangs? We'd love to meet you. ❤️ ⭐

While our team placements for the 2026–2027 season are complete, we do have a limited number of openings on select competitive teams.

We're specifically looking for athletes who can help fill key roles within our program, including:
⭐ Athletes with Level 2+ tumbling
⭐ Athletes with stunting experience
⭐ High school-aged athletes interested in continuing or returning to all-star cheer (tumbling not required)

If you believe you'd be a good fit, we'd be happy to schedule a FREE trial practice so you can meet our coaches, experience our program, and see if Mustangs is the right home for you.

Not quite ready for competitive cheer? Our recreational cheer program is also accepting registrations and is a great place to build skills, confidence, and prepare for future competitive opportunities.
