It’s a chance to pause, remember, and honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom — especially Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, whose sacrifice inspired this Memorial Day tradition.

Over the Memorial weekend, this amazing crew at HHC embraced the challenge, the sweat, and the sacrifice behind Murph to pay tribute to the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Strong bodies. Strong minds. Grateful hearts.

May we never forget, but always remember and honor those who paid the ultimate price for our freedom!
