I’m celebrating these last 8 weeks of the Transformation Challenge and committing to continuing the journey.

This challenge reminded me that it’s not about being perfect, it’s about showing up, staying consistent, and continuing to move forward. I’m committing to keep going… one workout, good night sleep, hike at a time.🧡☘️👊

The winds of change are indeed blowing, and I'm feeling the impact. 7 weeks of prioritizing my well-being through hydration, sleep, nutrition, and fitness have been transformative. As I enter the final week of the Transformation Challenge, my goal is to keep building on these healthy habits. I'm a work in progress, but I'm determined to keep pushing forward.

Week 6 done, focusing on hydration and movement inside and outside of the studio. The Transformation Challenge is helping me build momentum for the year ahead.

Week 5 focus shifts to rest and recharge. I saved the high intensity for the tread power blocks in Friday’s tornado.🌪️ Outside the studio it was walks with Wally and a couple Active Recovery sessions from the Orangetheory App.

Starting to feel the benefits of consistency in and out of the studio this week.
