On February 18, we celebrated the launch of Healing Arts at St. Luke’s and the dedication of Erica’s Art Carts. The Healing Arts program provides therapeutic art activities for our oncology patients while they are receiving treatment at our infusion centers. Neil and Lyn Curtis (left) were inspired to raise money for the art carts in loving memory of their daughter Erica and her fight against colon cancer. Kristen Ward, Healing Arts coordinator, and Lee Riley, MD helped unveil Erica’s Art Cart at St. Luke’s Anderson Campus. Tomorrow is the Girls Colonial League JV tennis tournament at the SVHS tennis courts. Come out and support our awesome JV team. Good luck, girls!
