As the school year winds down and the summer months fast approach, Cornerstone Fitness is excited to announce that we will be offering SIX weeks of youth fitness camps this year at the farm!
These sessions will be held Monday thru Thursday from 9 am to 11 am for kids aged 7-11. Our mission for these camps is to encourage and teach children the value of physical fitness and do so in a fun and challenging environment.
Camp Dates
Speed, Agility & Fitness: June 13 - June 16 (9:00 am - 11 am)
Girl Power! June 20 - June 23 (9:00 am - 11:00 am)
Intro to Strength & Conditioning: June 27 - June 30 (9:00 am - 11:00 am)
Speed, Agility & Fitness: July 11 - July 14 (9:00 am - 11:00 am)
Girl Power!: July 18 - July 21 (9:00 am - 11:00 am)
Intro to Strength & Conditioning: July 25 - July 28 (9:00 am - 11:00 am)
Camp Descriptions
Speed, Agility & Fitness: The goal of the Speed, Agility & Fitness Camp is to teach the fundamentals of movement, strength & conditioning in a fun and challenging environment. Each day will have a different theme (Speed, Agility, Fitness & Games/Competition) and will build off the previous days activities.
Girl Power: The goal of this program is to give young females an opportunity to learn the benefits of physical training in a safe, fun environment. Over the course of four days, the girls will learn how to properly warmup, speed & agility training, strength development, balance/core training and more!
Intro to Strength & Conditioning: The goal of this program is to introduce and teach the fundamental exercises associated with living a strong, healthy life. Over the course of four days, we will focus on motor skills, strength, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination and endurance.
Attention local sports coaches and parents: Chris Fluck wants to help you connect with your athletes. Fluck, who owns Brickhouse Strength in Lower Saucon Township, has announced a new Youth Speed and Agility Education seminar series he’ll be hosting at the facility beginning later this month.
