Here is my advice…
Find a steep hill and sprint up it for 30 seconds
Walk down the hill for 90 seconds
Then repeat the 30 second sprint for 3-5 sets

If you can do more than this, you’re probably not going hard enough!

Through a variety of exciting games and sports, we help young athletes build confidence, teamwork, and a love of staying healthy.

Whether they’re trying a sport for the first time or developing their abilities, every child is encouraged to have fun and do their best!

Sunrise 🌅 Workout…

A circus trick, the clean & press, and some grip endurance work to close it out!

The foam roll/pvc walk works wonders on the ankle and foot. After a set or two everything feels “unlocked” and ready to rock

The clean & press is a great total body lift. One key thing to point out: Keep the press strict (no dip or drive from the lower body). The strict press creates total body tension that is hard to replicate with other exercises

Next, the pull-up work. For this, you perform one set of the following: Hang for 30 seconds, perform a pull-up. Hang for 30 seconds, perform a pull-up. Repeat until you exhaust your grip

Last but not least, a 20 minute walk with a 20 pound pack on watching classic boxing! 🥊
