A BIG thank you to Ryan Svehla for coming and speaking at our club meeting tonight! We appreciate you answering all of our questions, sharing what it takes to become a Game Warden, and talking with our anglers about the importance of safety on and off the water!

Thank you to each of our anglers who brought cereal to donate to the Helping Hands Food Bank! We love seeing our kids give back to our community.

And a special thank you to John Hardin’s generous donation for the goodie bags tonight the kids loved receiving them!

Today was Day One of the 2026 Bassmaster High School Combine in Decatur, Alabama. We are incredibly proud to have Kane Ross and Jake Drennan representing the Hemphill Hornet Bass Club!

These anglers have worked hard to get here, and they are making the most of every opportunity to learn, compete, and take their passion for fishing to the next level.

We love when our anglers get the opportunity to give back to our local VFW! Thursday night, they helped serve ice cream during Bingo and of course, they had to enjoy a little themselves!
