Completed my second 5k for a beautiful fundraiser for the PBA. And shaved a couple of minutes from last week's 5k.

Stay focused my friends and with dedication and persistence tou will succeed with the help of Jesus.

On October 19th I did a challenge called Forty Forty Challenge-Virtual Run/Walk for Jesus. You dedicate 1 mile a day for Jesus and you have fault scriptures and little challenges and it has brought me closer to God. It has made me dedicated to go to the gym more often and get stronger in my spirituality. I have been blessed and wanted to share it to my friends.
