Another 2026 camp in the books! Back from LA after Silat Camp
Training does a lot for the body and mind the biggest thing is to keep the body moving no matter what your age is. Another component is practice... Performing something correctly w regularity will allow you perform better.... Hence apply what you have learned. There are many benefits including self defense.

****Question what can I bring or wear? Wear comfortable gym clothing, if you have equipment, gloves, batons, safety gear bring it otherwise we will supply you with what we have. Water is good to have as well. *No live weapons or real knives in the gym area.

Mid- late 90's with Larry Hartsell... and then one of his association camps @ The plaza in Las Vegas. Happy Sunday everyone...

Around 1996 at the Stardust Casino Chuck Norris had his annual convention and a guy GM Joe Rossi trained managed to connect the two. Rossi a world war 2 vet enjoyed the meeting and the two had their pictures taken at the convention. This was an annual Las Vegas event. I was there that day. RiP Chuck Norris
