It was quite the weekend of yapping, but it was a good start. More things to come from these guys.
A way to think differently about the current models of coaching and training within different populations and demographics while considering biomechanics, demands of the athlete and psychology of our base.
Step one.

Running is on the rise. There are run clubs all over popping up in Las Vegas, but how many people are getting a run coach to understand how to stay healthy when they run and avoid shin splints, knee pain, Achilles tendonitis and more?
.. Or did you just start running?
We all think running is just GIVEN to us, like, how we run is how we run... Have you ever seen those videos of adults trying to skip? If you haven't, look it up. Just because we see it don't doesn't mean we are ready to do it.
Get at me for more.
Consistency matters. It doesn't care if you like that or not. You can't show up two days this week, skip next week and come five days the next week and believe you are getting anywhere, being honest with yourself.
Another day of moving better, getting stronger and more coordinated.
