According to NDPA, Water Watchers are responsible
adults who agree to actively and constantly supervise
children in the water.
If you or a loved one volunteer to be a designated
Water Watcher, keep in mind the โ3 Cโsโ of
Supervision, a critical layer of protection:
Close: within an arm's reach
Constant: uninterrupted attention
Capable: can swim & knows CPR

supervision as one of the 5 Layers of Protection, visit
