Motherhood and the runnerhood go hand in hand for me- for it was when I became a mom that I found running. Parallel journeys filled with highs and lows. Through running and momming I’ve been blessed with so many wonderful women in my life. I’m forever thankful for my own mom who taught me how to love others well, for my daughters who bring light to my life, and for this community of wonderful women who have been by my side through life’s journeys on and off the road. Hope YOU are celebrated today and everyday 💗
