People see where I am now ... but what you didn’t see is that I started at 107 pounds and wanted to gain muscle more than anything. I said YES to Herbalife and from that point on I have worked on my health and to reach my goals, and helping others do the same!

It takes TIME! It takes CONSISTENCY! It takes a COMMITMENT!

I promise there’s been days i didn’t want to show up - I wondered where the results were... but i just kept going, kept showing up. Because i knew if I quit i would never get to my goal.
