I can’t tell you how important eating ENOUGH and eating RIGHT and BALANCED as well as HYDRATION is when it comes to fitness!!

Not eating enough and not eating nutrient dense foods can cause you to fatigue quicker, muscle imbalances, lethargy, decrease in performance and so on. I know I can’t push as hard the next day if I didn’t eat enough the previous day or before my workout or if I didn’t eat healthy foods.

Your body needs carbs for muscle glycogen storage, if you don’t eat enough, that storage gets depleted and so does your energy. Your carb intake should vary depending on the intensity of your workout that day. The higher the intensity, the more carbs you need. Balance protein throughout the day and a good amount of healthy fats. Stay hydrated! You should be drinking 2 cups of water for every pound lost of sweat from your workout. And a good starter is half your body weight in oz for water intake.

Before and after pictures of my

transformation doesn’t have to be huge to know you put forth the effort. Sometimes it takes time! It was only 4 weeks, but I was able to lose enough to gain my energy back to keep going towards an even bigger transformation! I needed that extra push! I did just give birth 6mo ago haha so I say there’s progress!
