Congrats to on his podium this weekend! Check the link in our bio for the race report. This weekend was an adventure! No pets harmed in the fire, no los of life. We were all sooo lucky. Any shift in the winds and the damage would have doubled at a minimum. Among the chaos were a few people that saved lives and the Offroad community came together very well.

First and foremost, we want to express our gratitude for the support you have given us over the years.
Purvines Racing was founded by Ron Purvines in 2011 with the goal of giving back to the racing community that has been such a significant part of his life. This community is the same one where Ron raised his son and where his grandchildren are now starting to get involved. Initially, our focus was on supporting riders who had lost their rides but were still promising. We hoped to help these riders either continue racing full-time or reach a level where they could get picked up by a factory team. We shifted our focus to pursuing championships and began in NHHA & BITD with Hondas. In 2012, we switched to Kawasaki, and in 2013, we launched a factory-supported effort with Beta, which lasted for four years and included a WHS championship and a Vegas to Reno win with the smallest margin of victory on time, at that point. In 2017, we transitioned to Yamaha, won a few championships and have been with them ever since. In 2024, we received full Yamaha Factory support and have been in contention for this year’s championships.
We are deeply grateful to all our sponsors, many of whom have been with us from the beginning. Your support has been crucial in allowing us to continue for so long.
We are writing today to share some sad news. Due to recent health issues, Ron has decided to prioritize his well-being. As a result, we will be shutting down team operations. We will finish out the remainder of the 2024 season, but we will not be fielding a team for the 2025 season. Ron is proud of the opportunities we have provided for so many riders, including a few champions and some future champions. We have also made lifelong friends and extended our family.
