Don’t miss out!!

March 25th is the last day for my Glute Lab class at Pro Fitness Health Club. I teach this class every Monday & Wed at 4:30pm. It’s free for members!
I have had so much fun teaching these classes and plan to continue to teach throughout the year. To ensure we don’t get burned out on the same ol material, I will be taking a 1 month break between programs to create new “content” and workouts.

New year means… ✨NEW CLASSES!✨
We are so excited to announce we have a new class schedule!!

Down below will be a list of classes we have and a small description of what each class will offer ☺️

- SILVER SNEAKERS; A fun, low-impact fitness class designed for older adults. It focuses on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance through gentle movements that can be done standing or seated. (Instructor: Laura Foster)

- RISE & FLOW YOGA; an invigorating morning, practice designed to awaken the body and calm the mind setting a positive tone for your day. This class typically combines sun salutations and a dynamic sequence of poses (vinyasa) that build heat and increased energy. (Instructor: Julia Andre)

-ZUMBA; A dance-based cardio class designed for all fitness levels. No dance experience needed—just move, sweat, and have fun.
(Instructor: Chasity Palomino)

- GLUTE LAB; A lower-body strength class focused on activating, strengthening, and sculpting the glutes through effective, intentional exercises.
(Instructor: Kristi Rumbo)

- BOOTCAMP; A high-energy HIIT bootcamp that combines strength, cardio, and explosive moves to burn fat, build muscle, and boost endurance—fast-paced, challenging, and scalable for all fitness levels. Let’s get fit and have fun! (Instructor: Andie Burks)

Please note; Silver Sneakers, Rise & Flow, and Zumba will all start next week (Jan 19-23)
Glute Lab will begin Feb 2nd
Bootcamp will begin Feb 3rd

All classes are included WITH A MEMBERSHIP, if you do not have a membership you can drop in for $5 per class or purchase a $30 punch card that will give you 10 classes!
