SUPER LATE POST: I wanted to thank for inviting me to be assistant coach on Road to the Title. I learned so much about technique, preparation, and coaching while filming/working with the guys. Mikey might be a better coach than he is a competitor. 👀 I am super grateful for the experience and being a part of something historic. I can’t wait to see how and its athletes grow the sport!

Start bringing your unwanted, over grown, or gently used gis all month. We will have a “donate box” and a “sell box” at the gym for you to drop off your Gi or no Gi cloths. Can Oct. 28/29 and buy, trade, or sell gis and or no Gi clothings.

It’s that time again, our annual summer camp. We are doing it a little a different this year instead of a sleepover at the gym. We will be doing a week long of a jiu-jitsu workshop, self-defense, Muay, anti-bullying tactics, games and more. hope to see you guys there save the date July 8 to July 11 10 AM to 2 PM
