New page is created
The past 2 weeks since Hurricane Helene hit my home in Western North Carolina I have been doing a lot of rebuilding survival supplies and rethinking the way I want to go with this page and how to help in the local community God has been moving in my heart and I’m going to be creating a new business page and slowly moving everything over there. Stand by for some changes.
Got a signal again. I’m in WNC 20miles south of Asheville. No power and sometimes cell service. Won’t be posting much til things go back to normal.

I was never a fan of my Beretta 96D 40 cal, but it never jammed. Never got to shoot the M9. Only the Browning HiPower. (Stortzy)
What's a Recon Loadout?
1. You want a solid Rucksack. 40-70L ensure it's big enough to fit you and hold what you need.
2. Spotting scope, binoculars, map, protractor, pen/paper.
3. Sleep Mat, Sleeping Bag or Blanket, woobie.
4. Poncho
5. Food—trail mix, MRE, or anything else that provides calories. Make sure you have enough to last for the length of your outing.
6. Water & Purification. Your ability to source water on the move will determine how much water you carry.
7. Chest Rig & Belt Rig (Fighting Loadout)- With the chest and belt rig, you should be able to carry the following.
a. Map (Preferably Waterproof and Topographic) I like the Nat Geo Maps.
b. Compass( A good Lensatic is great)
c. Protractor
d. Map Pens
e. GPS Navigation
f. Ammo. 6-12 mags for primary and 2 for secondary
g. water
h. First Aid
i. Fire Starting
j. Fixed-Blade knife.
Of course, everything above is a simple recommendation that can be modified to fit your area and needs.
