This morning after the 5:30 am workout - athletes taking advantage of the ‘recovery room’ at Sea Star - ice baths and therapy are now available in house to our athletes!

We’ll be hitting the open water this week with the following workouts: Tuesday 5:30 am. Thursday 5:30 am and Saturday 7:30 am. All swims go out from the dock behind Ron’s house.

Monday - Turf workout at Sea Star 5:30 am
Tuesday- open water behind Ron’s house 5:30 am
Wednesday - first day of school - NO WORKOUT
Thursday - open water behind Ron’s house 5:30 am
Friday - Turf workout at Sea Star.
If you haven’t tried the turf workout cmon in and check it out. Focus is on mobility pattern work

MTSC is proud to be a sponsor for the Old Hickory Lake Triathlon this coming weekend. Our coaches will NOT have our regular scheduled workout on the OW this Weds. we are encouraging you to attend the heat workout at 5:3 0 am held on the race course. Report to the dock coach a little before 5:30 for the workout plan and enjoy swimming the course. We will resume next Weds on Ron’s dock for our regular workout.
