Oh, how I've missed you all!!! Life, work has demanded a LOT these past few weeks and there's something about doing without the work out that I so love so much that jumpstarts a new appreciation, I GET TO REFIT with you all, what a privilege. One that I don't ever want to take for granted. I am back! and will be teaching both classes this week. Thanks Jason for providing consistency and continuous support. So appreciate you. Join us tonight 6pm at St Joseph's Hall, as we ease back into it. can't wait to see your beautiful faces.

I may not.be in OLOL but I join you in spirit. REFIT ph & got'REFIT took Cabo by storm. In the sweltering heat & ocean background paraphrasing Robin's words we were ULTRa sweaty but we didnt die! Y'all sweat with Jason tonght too. I'll see ya next wk.
