Missy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Yoga Therapist, and 500-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher and will be leading a 90-minute vinyasa yoga practice designed to cultivate self awareness and explore the wisdom of the chakra system.

Through mindful movement and breath work, practitioners will move through each energy center cultivating present moment awareness with a deeper connection to the energy body.

This class welcomes all who are seeking a practice that nourishes both body and mind while supporting personal growth from the inside out.
