So…today I realized that both Natalie and I had our 11 year REFIT® anniversary this past Saturday, May 30th that was held here at our First Baptist FMC!🎉As we reflect on this journey, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. For the past 11 years as REFIT® Instructors—and for about 14 years teaching dance together—we have had the privilege of sharing so much more than workouts with each of you.

We’ve laughed together, sweated together, celebrated victories together, and supported one another through life’s challenges. What started as fitness classes became a community, and that community became family.🤗

Thank you for showing up, for bringing your energy, your smiles, your encouragement, and your friendship week after week. You make every class meaningful and every moment memorable.🥰

Watching each of you grow stronger—not only physically but also in confidence, joy, and connection—has been one of the greatest blessings of our lives.
