what we are ACTUALLY looking for…🤔

Now, I cannot say I speak for all directors and choreographers, everyone is different. However, in my past 8 years of choreographing, working with all different kinds of directors, these are the top things I’ve noticed during auditions.

At the end of the day, it’s all about being yourself 🤍

Swipe for my biggest piece of advice I give to all new actors and performers…

(To clarify: “you cannot practice character.” Character in this sense, is who YOU are. Who YOU bring to the stage. That is something inherent in all of us, and directors need to see that you can show it off in the spotlight, rather than hide from it.)
