Yogis!! I am adding a new class! Get ready for yoga Monday evening starting NEXT WEEK!

New schedule is as follows🧘🏻♀️:
Monday- Yoga Flow 6:00pm-7:00pm
Tuesday- Slow Flow 6:00-7:00pm (this class is only going until the end of the year so attend while you still can!)
Yoga flow will be a mixture of slow flow and vinyasa. Please sign up for class in advance by messaging here or texting me! Thank you and can’t wait to see you in class🧘🏻♀️
