Our final day in our space is Next Friday but Briggs will actually be on vacation those last few days. Come visit him for his last day on Tuesday the 23rd for a final Teen and Adult Open gym. To make it easier for everyone to come the open gym will be from 6-9 and just $10!

News for Adventure Fitness!
Our time running the space in Hendersonville is coming to an end. We're super excited to announce Sean Vance and Get Over It Fitness will be taking over the space. and we can't wait to see what he makes of the venue.
Our last day operating as Adventure Fitness will be November the 26th, three weeks from today. We have loved working with you all and hope you continue crushing your ninja fitness goals here with Get Over It Fitness.
Sean will be announcing more things in the coming weeks and we'll be sure you all stay up to date

Hello there Sumner County! We are Adventure Fitness. We are your go to place for life long, fun fitness run by Las Vegas Finalists from the TV show American Ninja Warrior.
Our programing starts at age six, with programs for teens and adults in the evenings. Our goal is to show that working out can be fun, and your gym family can be supportive. Our kids love the chance to both play and learn, and our adults have built a fun community that has a great time out side of the gym as well.
Our practice excels and is excited to work with those returning to fitness after some time off, and those finding fitness for the first time, no matter the age.
