HILLS I’LL DIE ON AS A FITNESS & NUTRITION COACH FOR WOMEN 👇🏾
1. You are what you eat!
How you eat can have a huge impact on your energy, mood, focus, performance, and how you feel throughout the day. If you constantly feel drained, sluggish, or like you’re running on empty, your nutrition deserves a closer look.
You really are giving your body the materials it needs to function, so feed yourself accordingly. 🥗🍳🍓
2. Your diet needs to have ROOM FOR LIFE.
Strict diets. Perfect meal plans. Never eating out. Never having dessert. Cutting out everything you love.
That’s not balance, that’s a lifestyle that’s probably going to be difficult to sustain.
Food is nourishment, but it’s also connection, culture, celebration, comfort, and community. Some of the best memories happen around a table.
Learn how to nourish your body AND enjoy your life. You don’t have to choose one or the other. ❤️
3. Strength training is one of the best investments you can make as you age.
Especially for women. As we get older, maintaining muscle and bone strength becomes increasingly important. Strength training can help support muscle mass, bone health, balance, mobility, and independence as we age.
Lifting weights isn’t just about looking strong. It’s about staying strong.
4. You don’t need to exercise MORE. You need to recover BETTER.
More workouts aren’t automatically better results. Your body needs sleep, rest, adequate nutrition, hydration, and recovery to actually adapt to the work you’re putting in.
Rest isn’t laziness. It’s part of the program.
5. Your health is about SO much more than your appearance.
I want women to feel strong, energized, capable, confident, mobile, nourished, and comfortable in their bodies, not just smaller.
The goal isn’t to spend your whole life trying to look like you have a life. The goal is to actually LIVE it.
