Juneteenth (aka “Freedom Day”) is a day to not only celebrate the freeing of millions of enslaved people...but also a day for all Americans to remember and revere.
It’s a testament to our ability to recognize wrongs and do our best to change course and make things right.
Our workout in the gym today is designed to help each of us step outside ourselves to find reflection, understanding, and remembrance. We invite each of you at home to do the same...whether it's through a difficult workout, quiet time, or respectful conversation.

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗽𝘀

-->Ingredients
8 oz unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
2 tbsp raw cashews
1 splash vanilla extract
1/4 tsp lemon zest (optional)
1 scoop of strawberry protein powder
-->Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
2. For Pops - divide into freezer-safe ice pop molds and place in freezer for at least 6 hours or until frozen and enjoy!
