This month at Nashville Krav Maga, our students are learning that being courteous, even in small things, can make a big difference.

On Saturday, we had an incredible time training and collaborating with strong women in our Hermitage community. We're grateful for the chance to make a positive impact through martial arts. KIDA!

This month at Nashville Krav Maga, we are studying courtesy. 🙌 Courtesy means showing good manners, but it is about so much more than that. Showing courtesy can make a big difference in the lives of the people we interact with and in the development of our own personality and attitude.

A big congrats to all our testers, Kids, Youth, & Adults! Their hard work and dedication is always a privilege to witness and facilitate.
