I had a feeling he wasn’t sequencing properly.
I put him on and sure enough, his torso wasn’t firing in the proper sequence.

• That ripped guy/girl you see on IG May not necessary be fit.
• Just because you can bench 350 doesn’t mean you are mobile.
• Just because you are super flexible and mobile doesn’t mean you can win on the PGA Tour.
•Just because you win on tour doesn’t mean your body is healthy.
• Just because you are healthy now, doesn’t mean you will be a year from now or 10+ years from now.
• NONE THESE MEANS YOU ARE TRULY HAPPY.
