Core exercises such as the ab wheel train the muscles in your core to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and steadiness, ie. stability. It can improve your posture and help protect you from lower back pain and overall help your lifting mechanics for upper and lower body days.

Road trips, and I LOVE going to concerts (don’t ask me how many. It’s a lot lol)

I did the Potermore quiz and it turns out I’m a Ravenclaw so that means Ravenclaw for life!
👉 Favorite Sports Team:
I don’t have a favorite sports team but I tend a few Dodger games because all of my friends are big Dodgers fans
👉 If you could meet any one person:
I have already accomplished on meeting my favorite celebrity/public figure of all time which is Matt Bellamy from the band Muse. They’re my all time favorite band so this one meant a lot to me
👉 Strength or HIIT?
Strength 100%
👉 CURRENT fitness/health goal:
I'm really close to deadlifting three plates (315 lbs) so that would be a pretty cool goal to accomplish. Hopefully by the end of the month!
👉What would your superpower be?
Teleportation would be pretty cool! You can teleport anywhere you want and never be late for anything. Plus it beats driving in LA traffic lol
👉Favorite Movie?
Don’t have a favorite but I do tend to go back to Dumb and Dumber from time to time. It’s hilarious and Very quotable!
👉Favorite food?
Deep dish pizza!
👉Something you want to improve/work on:
I absolutely hate cardio but would love to actually be good at it
👉Something interesting about you we don't know, or would surprise us:
I used to work for a music page as a concert photographer so that gave me the opportunity to shoot for some my favorite bands and meet some amazing people along the way
👉What other career ventures do you have outside of Inspire?:
My current goal is to get my CDL (Class A) and have a career as a truck driver
