In the sports world you’ll hear “Use it or lose it”
This refers to a handful of things but especially our athletic traits
Our big 3: Speed, Power, and Strength are our foundations to athleticism🧱
If we do not continually nourish and train these traits we will begin to see a decline in their performance even if we are still playing games🔊
Games and practice cannot be our only means of “training” because we will still start to lose these essential traits‼️
Don’t let yourself start to slip, stay on top of your performance by training In-season🫵
