We're creating focused, respectful, confident humans.

When a child tries class for the first time, they're not thrown into anything scary or intense. They'll learn:

≥ how to line up, listen, bow, follow instructions, and move their body with control.
≥ how to practice basic stances and simple techniques
> how to encourage their teammates.

It’s structured, supportive, and age-appropriate — with lots of high-fives and clear guidance. Most kids leave their first class smiling… and standing just a little taller.

Hernando Taekwondo We are a Taekwondo School offering several programs. In the evenings, we offer Taekwondo classes for children and adults. We have a Little Dragons Program for the itty bitty's. We also offer an Afterschool Program. Our Afterschool Program picks up at Hernando and Lewisburg schools. We also offer Birthday Parties.

We have several instructors who are also CPR certified:
Dawn Martin, 7th Degree Black Belt, Chief Instructor/Owner
Dalton Smith, 5th Degree Black Belt, Certified Instructor
Randy Laws, 3rd Degree Black Belt, Certified Instructor
Caleb Williams, 3rd Degree Black Belt, Certified Instructor

We also have several other black belt students who help teach.


Hernando Taekwondo is part of the Choong Sil Taekwondo Federation.
