✨ Core: around the world + sit-ups (because abs help with ALL the flips)
✨ Arms: biceps + triceps (hello strong shell-carrying arms 💁‍♀️)
✨ Legs: lunges + sumo squats (powerful kicks = faster swimming)
✨ Back: bent over rows (for that elegant mermaid posture)
✨ Chest: chest presses (because we’re strong AND sparkly)

🧜‍♀️ Basic Mermaid & Mermaid Course
July 19th

🌊 Advanced Mermaid Course
June 14th & 20th
August 16th & 22nd

📍 The first date of each course (June 14th & August 16th) will be held at George Washington Rec Center

🌊 The second date (June 20th & August 22nd) takes you into open water at the Rappahannock Quarry in Fredericksburg, MD

✨ I’m so excited to announce that the Advanced Mermaid Course is now even more immersive! This course includes 1 confined water dive and 2 open water dives, giving you more real-world experience and confidence in different environments.

🫧 For safety and the best learning experience, there is a 2-student minimum for Advanced courses. This ensures every mermaid has a built-in buddy while I actively supervise and guide your skills in the water 💙

To reflect this expanded training, the course price is now $500. I can’t wait to dive deeper with you!
