ARB will be offering several Maintenance Class options over the next two weeks to help our dancers get back into shape and ready for the start of the new season. Each class is $25.00 cash and will be instructed by guest faculty!

Tuesday, 8/25 - 5-7pm in Manassas
Wednesday, 8/26 - 5-7pm in Herndon
Thursday, 8/27 - 5-7pm in Herndon

Monday, 8/24 - 5-7pm in Herndon
Tuesday, 8/25 - 5-7pm in Herndon

These classes are open to students Level 6 and above. Please add your name to the Signup Genius that was emailed out.

🎄NUTCRACKER AUDITIONS🎄

We are very excited to hold auditions for 20th Annual production of “The Nutcracker” on Saturday, September 12th!

The Parent Meeting is mandatory and we review all pertinent information about the production at that time. Bring questions as we’re more than happy to answer them!

We do NOT charge an audition fee for participating dancers.

*Students will rehearse at their home studio

🌸10 Week PreBallet Sessions Now Enrolling🌸

Our Pre-Ballet program prepares pre-schoolers for successful transition into our year-round program and provides parents with the flexibility to allow their child to experience ballet class without committing to a full year. Some of the program’s highlights are below!

Pre-Ballet Highlights:
🌟All classes are taught by experienced child educators
🌟Classes provide a balance of structure and fun
🌟Students learn basic coordination, are introduced to proper ballet terminology through learning basic steps and positions, and learn valuable social skills such as taking turns, following directions, and building confidence.
🌟Each 10-week session culminates with an in-studio performance!

ARB offers 3 Pre-Ballet sessions per year. Each session is 10 weeks long and the cost is $195.

We offer two Pre-Ballet levels:
Pre-Ballet 1 = 2.5 - 3 years old
Pre-Ballet 2 = 4-5 years old (not yet in Kindergarten)

A wonderful week of working smart and not hard with Misha Tchoupakov Misha Tchoupakov & Marina Saladino Marina Saladino wrapped up this afternoon! This is their fifth summer teaching at ARB and we are grateful for their enthusiasm and continued support of our program.

Many of our guest faculty return year after year which gives them the opportunity to really learn our students and witness their growth every visit.

It’s hard to believe that we are more than halfway through our seven week summer intensive! Our students have had the privilege of working with some of the best master teachers in the ballet world. They have brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our dancers and we have enjoyed watching our dancers soak up every moment.

This week in our Swan Lake camp, our students are having a blast in their daily ballet class, creating themed crafts, learning the basics of stagecraft as well as the history and legend behind the famous ballet!
