Exercising regularly can reduce the severity of Covid-19. The definition of exercise vary from person to person. If you aren’t exercising start with 15-20 minutes a day of lite activity. YouTube is full of exercise videos….you name it….it’s on there. Just move. A body in motion stays in motion.

Sugar alcohols have been popping up a lot more lately. When I started noticing these suckers over ten years ago I was very interested. I was never really satisfied with what I found in my research but it did seem to be better than Splenda and other substitutes. Since we have gone through the agave phase, not so good, and now Stevia. I'm going to make this short and sweet. Know what you are consuming before you consume it. Sugar alcohols can cause bloating and digestive issues, and if consumed enough can cause a fluctuation in blood glucose levels. As of late stevia is the winner. If you want to go with another sweetener, do your homework. Don't read forums of idiots who have no education or even fitness sites that post fad diets and ridiculous fitness advice. Look for clinical research. Scientific studies. That's how I base my nutrition. Take this, leave this, but this is my two cents!
