Happy Halloween from All In. Here is the only coaching you get tonight: walk it, do not drive it. Trick-or-treating on foot is two or three easy miles in a costume, and not one kid will notice. Eat the candy. Get to bed at a normal hour. Central Texas, have fun out there.

4 State Titles to her name so far, cross country is over and we start for track. (While she just started basketball practice this week).

Cross country is winding down and the temptation is to shut everything off until spring. Do not. The kids who show up fast in April are the ones who kept moving in November. Not hard. Consistent. Easy miles, real sleep, and food that is actually food.

Congratulations Clara! State Champion TAPPS 3A girls XC!

As a coach (like a parent) you don't pick favorite athletes. I will say I love to watch Clara compete. Now with 4 State Titles to her name.

A little UIL Regional XC repeat from last year - Tinoco boys coming in 1st & 2nd. Goong back to State to take care of some unfinished business from last year.

Also, Nick placed 23rd and is going to State with his team.
